All girls ages 5 and up wanting to “Come Try Ringette” with the London Lynx Ringette Association are welcome.

Check in and have time to get dressed to go on the ice. Skaters will go on the ice with on-ice instructors for some fun skills and drills. Light refreshments, activities and information about the growing sport of Ringette will follow upstairs at Carling Arena. Watch one of London’s Provincial Ringette teams play a game while you speak to other parents and coaches about Ringette.
Equipment required: Hockey skates, helmet with face mask, hockey gloves or thick ski gloves or mittens. Any other Ringette (protective) gear can be worn and is recommended. Ringette stick will be needed. Please advise when you pre-register your daughter for this event if your daughter needs to borrow any of the required gear.
